The F.I.E.L.D. Therapy Program is a formal program similar to Josh Hamilton's and Mike DeFelice's Spiritual and Physical Training at Jack Russell Stadium. It is designed to help participants do the following:

• Build character and respect

• Develop a moral defense in confronting banned substances

• Comprehend/Understand players' multi-cultural differences

• Deal with anger management and other inappropriate behavior

• Remain abstinent after formal treatment (for substance abusers)

The ultimate goal of the program is to help eliminate undesirable behaviors and encourage desired ones all within the framework of a baseball environment.
